Service Description

School/District EP/Consulting is a process to review all current plans, policies, and operations at all school campuses and/or district buildings. This in depth evaluation will provide analysis on all sites and provide recommendations for future implementation. This is a comprehensive review and "consultant" process. Since our company will be in a consultant role, should we find "critical" needs for the school or district, we will advise our clients immediately and help the clients resolve those critical needs. In all other areas, we will provide reports that will complement the recommendations in a final executive summary. We will be there with our clients at board meetings and executive leadership meetings to provide updates for the process. We will not in any way "sell" or endorse any one product or service. Any of those services will be determined by our clients to purchase based on best practices and needs of the school or district.
